jjwin2 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Clearly Stated

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "jjwin2", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jjwin2 platform, its operating entity, and all affiliated services accessible at jjwin2.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a jjwin2 account or is accessing the jjwin2 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the jjwin2 website, mobile-optimised browser experience, and all games, sportsbook markets, and services offered thereon.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a player on jjwin2, including the PKR wallet associated with that profile.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wager placed using funds held in a player's jjwin2 PKR wallet, as distinct from any free or demo mode where available.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player's account as part of a jjwin2 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by jjwin2's licensing obligations before withdrawal processing.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

All deposits and withdrawals on jjwin2 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjwin2 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated periodically. Players are advised to check current limits before initiating a transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be returned.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have completed registration and, where required, initial KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

• A bet or wager is confirmed only when jjwin2's system returns a confirmation to the player. In the event of a communication error, jjwin2's server-side records are authoritative.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any jjwin2 game or betting market for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated wagering on sporting events with knowledge of outcomes.
• Using the jjwin2 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes on valid transactions as a method of obtaining funds without legitimate grounds.

• No part of the jjwin2 platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of jjwin2.
• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjwin2 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwin2 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with use of the jjwin2 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions beyond jjwin2's reasonable control.
• Data loss, unauthorised account access, or service unavailability caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes, odds, or payouts that result from software bugs, provided jjwin2 takes reasonable corrective action including voiding affected bets upon discovery.
• Any gambling losses incurred by a player as a result of their own wagering decisions. jjwin2 provides a fair gaming environment but does not guarantee winnings.

Where jjwin2's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjwin2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction requiring account suspension.
• A player's self-exclusion request being actioned.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the breach (including bonus funds, winnings derived from prohibited activity, and deposits used in the breach) may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are unconnected to the breach will be returned to the originating payment method following a compliance review.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting jjwin2 support via live chat. Any available balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard KYC and compliance checks are completed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwin2 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through jjwin2's internal complaints procedure as follows:

For amendments that materially affect player rights or obligations, jjwin2 will provide advance notice via the contact details registered on player accounts, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the jjwin2 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
